The boys of Michael Mina – Borys Saciuk, Michael Judge & Mario are as charming, warm and gracious as can be ... and the Ahi Tuna Tartare at the bar, aka “Bar Tar,” is divine! Scotch bonnet pepper, pine nuts, Bosc pear and sesame oil combine to create one of the most amazing sensory experiences I've ever had in public! Add great champagnes by the glass, or the ginger pepper pear champagne cocktail by Borys, and it's a recipe for heaven on earth, in my book.
Borys Saciuk, the lead bartender, is as four-star as they come. Borys is knowledgeable about wine, savvy about his spirits, and even better ... he's smart and funny and has a great bar-side manner!
